Rules
You must pay for the pool party prior to the event. Purchase this product to pay. After purchasing, a ticket will be opened in your name and someone from the pool committee will be in contact with you. If your date is taken, we will work with you to reschedule or refund your money. You must receive a Confirmation Email or Confirmation via the ticket system from the board before showing up for the party. If you did not get a confirmation 2 weeks before your party, please follow up. If you wish to only pay the deposit until your preferred date is confirmed, please select Pay Deposit only in the drop down.
There is a 2 hour time limit for pool parties which includes use of the pavilion
You are responsible to clean up after your pool party. $50 of the fee paid here is for a cleaning & damage deposit. This fee will be refunded after the person on duty confirms the area was left clean and undamaged.
Having current pool members, or their children, on the party invite does not relinquish the party planner(s) from paying the appropriate party fees.

Description
Each/All Party guests are required to be accompanied by a pool member/sponsor at all times, if they are not a registered member.
Pool member/sponsor must be present at all times. Non Pool Members cannot stay for any time without member present.
Pool member/Sponsor is Responsible for all of their Guests/Party invitees, guest actions, and damage made by guests. All guests must vacate the facility after party has ended.
