Annual homeowner dues are in the mail, and you should be receiving yours shortly! If you do not receive an invoice by March 15th, please contact the HOA by submitting a ticket, or e-mailing the management company at [email protected]. Frequently asked questions about dues :
- Why do we pay dues? Your annual dues help to keep our neighborhood beautiful and our amenities maintained. They also allow us to host community events like the Summer Cookout and Dock Social.
- How do I pay dues? You can pay online, or mail a check to Wilmington Park Homes Association, PO Box 30341, Savannah, GA 31410.
- Is there a fee to pay online? Yes. Online payments include a service fee for credit/debit card processing. BUT if you pay online before March 31, the fee is waived.
- When are dues considered late? Dues are considered late after June 30. Payment reminders will go out on June 1.
- What happens if I don’t pay my dues? Your access to amenities will be restricted – no more dock or tennis court! If you are a member of the pool, you will pay the non-resident fee.
- Am I a member of the pool if I pay my dues? No, the pool membership is separate from annual dues. But as an HOA member, you receive a discounted membership fee. Make sure you pay your dues to get the discount!
- Does the HOA file liens for nonpayment? Yes! If dues aren’t paid by June 30, a lien may be put on your home. You will also be responsible for the fees associated with filing the lien and releasing the lien once payment is received.
- Will the HOA sue me if I don’t pay my dues? Yes, the HOA reserves the right to sue homeowners for nonpayment of dues and all legal fees incurred.
