Annual meeting of Residents in Wilmington Park Homes Association Community.
All of our residents are urged to attend. Please watch for Annual Newsletter- will be mailed Jan 2024.
If you cannot attend, Please check in with your board and vote via proxy (paper or digital proxy.) It is important that all are heard but all that vote should do so after doing research on why items are up for vote. Vote with understanding. Start by reading the entire newsletter and then contacting board with questions. If your answer to any vote is no, Please be sure to reach out for clarification before officially voting. Your board president will be happy to take your call and discuss any questions or concerns.
Paper Proxies can be delivered to the PO box listed on the newsletter or delivered to the red box under the mailbox at 118 Wynngate Rd Savannah GA 31410.
