Halloween Parade 3PM – 6PM (Parade starts at 4PM)
Wilmington ParkDJ starts at 3 PM (face painting available before & after the parade) Parade starts at 4PM Route is approximately 1.2 miles Roughly 30-45 Minutes to walk Costume contest awards after the parade at the circle 4 categories for 1st,
Trick or Treating in WP
Our neighborhood will be trick or treating starting at dusk. If you are handing out candy, Sign up to be on the map and turn your porch light on! If you plan to go out in the neighborhood, please carry
